Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

All cancellations of conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 5 October 2024 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of EUR 100. Refunds will be paid after the conference. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.

Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of EUR 30 will be charged.

A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions & Poster Session without the conference badge.

The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts must be submitted in English and all presentations must be delivered in English.

A certificate of attendance will be issued to all registered participants after the congress digitally to delegates who submitted EACME feedback Survey.
