    Ljubljana and the hotels from our list are easily accessible from the airport since there are only 25 km from Jože Pučnik Airport to the city centre. Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city and all the major hotels are centrally located. 

    Several hotel rooms in different price categories have been prebooked in Ljubljana with arrival from December 4/5, 2024, and departure on December 7/8, 2024 for the conference. Additional nights can be confirmed if available.

    Reservation

    Accommodation can be booked by completing the on-line Registration Form by credit card only. The number of your credit card is required as a guarantee and will not be charged unless agreed so. 

    All requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 
    To guarantee your booking please book before October 5, 2024. After this date rooms can be booked depending on availability.

    Changes to and cancellation of accommodation

    Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and cannot be made online nor directly with the hotel. 

    Cancellations received

  • Before October 5th, 2024, are non-chargeable.
  • After November 5th, 2024, one night will be debited to your credit card.
  • After November 25th, 2024, the entire stay of accommodation will be debited to your credit card.
  • In Case of “No show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.

    • Payment

    Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.
